The company I work for buys a lot of product from his company ,so I get invited to a lease or ranch hunt every once in a while. The ranch is 600 acres, high fenced. The friend that invited me is the same man I used to hunt with in Brackettville, Tx, I have taken aoudad, axis and a couple of nice whitetail over the years and plenty of hogs.
We were in a blind overlooking a feeder last Wednesday 1-1-25 evening when this 8 pt came in right at dark , I could barely see him in the Burris 3x12x32 scope, I shot him thru the shoulders at about 110 yards, he ran maybe 30 yards and piled up.
