I too have the Heavy Barrel Model 10 was a finish worn retired Police Capts gun. I had it bead blasted and then blued it came out a nice matte blue. Polished trigger face smooth like WB. I’ve tried several grips currently wearing Sile rubber.
I lucked into my only pair of Deacon Deason grips about 35 years ago when I bought a model 25-9 .45 LC.
The model 58 I had in the service (engraved S.F.P.D.) was traded for a 2.5 inch Python unfortunately long gone.
I have my old duty model 65 and a three inch 65 that went to S&W for the “combat revolver package” (highly recommended).
