We just finished a custom S&W M-624 for one

The original is a fine piece. Available in 3”,4”, and 6.5”. The tapered barrel and shorter than a 629 cylinder changes the feel totally. The 6.5” is nice for a range gun or hunter (they come factory D&T under the rear sight). But it’s a bit long for the belt while working outside and on equipment. Best in a shoulder holster. But the elusive 5” N-frame! Stuff of Goldilocks and the Three Bears! We made one! I can’t see a black front sight too well anymore. This will be perfect! Nicely fitted and trimmed! A custom made just for me. Hopefully Jim and I can ring some steel with it in Clarksville soon. I’d love to get his take.
