The Dan Wesson large caliber revolver

is one of my favorite revolvers. Kase and I have used them all over the world on a lot of large critters. Years ago Seth Wesson, Dan Wesson's son was a good friend and whenever they came out with a new revolver we would get 2 or 3 of them. The Wesson Alaskan Guide Gun was a great gun chambered in 445 Super Mag. We got serial numbers 6, 7 and 8 (I think) and used them quite a bit. Not sure on the serial numbers but they were 3 real low numbers.

When DW came out with the 375 Super Mag we got 3 or 4 of the first ones out and used them up at Tellico Junction Preserve. All the guns in this section were the 375 Super Mag.

A few years later Kase got one of the long barrel Dan Wesson's in 445 and has used it all over. He still has it today.




I would love to build a series of Dan Wesson Super Mag revolvers but with the guns not available other than used guns it would be hard to do a series of them.
The S&W revolvers are some of my all time favorites but due to them being not quite up to the strength of the Redhawks and Dan Wessons it is hard building a special series of the,but I will see what we can come up with.
