I've always had a 44 mag since 1975 or76 out of the dozen or so I've owned i think that the one i have now is my favorite it'sa 4 4/8 stainless super blackhawk that came from the factory as a fluted cly and a standard blackhawk grip frame that was originally a 5 1/2"barrel.someone had sent it to magaport for their preadator package .barrel cut to 4 5/8 maganported ,action job ,jeweled hammer and trigger,inverted crown. other than a 10" sbh i had years ago the most accurate 44 I've owned
