300 gr. 45 Colt loads in the Reeder Sixgunner.Com Special. Gary built 20 of the limited edition for the old Sixgunner.Com website when I was running that. I used that gun to take a nice Javelina.

This is from when I enjoyed shooting the .475 Linebaugh that John built me. The gun was quite accurate as shown by the target below ... which also demonstrates that at one time I thought I didn't mind the recoil.

I had fun using it to take more than a few hogs. This was the first, on Mark Hampton's Show-Me Safari's Game Ranch.

300 gr. loads from the Pachmayr Dominator in .44 Magnum. I have not seen one of these in a long time. Hal Swiggett loaned me his Dominator in 7mm-08. It was wonderfully accurate. He had 10 loads that would stay under 1" at 100 yards.

The days of hard-recoiling handguns are pretty much past for me anymore. But there are still plenty guns to shoot!

this 45 ruger and some various 44 mags are the heaviest handguns i try anymore.

the 454s and 480 rugers are beyond my arthritic hands now.

I completely understand.

The days of shooting more than one cylinder full at any outing in 500L,475,454, or heavy 45 colt is my limit these days 32s and 22s in volume are Great.;-)

What a good looking rig..
