I've got more guns that I know what to do with
but I've had an urge for a lightweight J-frame size .38. It has to be super light and a .38 is fine, I'd not shun a .32 though. Even looked at the .22 WMR models. In my youth I always wanted one of those little High Standard Sentinial 2" .22 WMR 9-shooters.
I barely passed on a pre-hole M638 (Airweight, Shrouded Hammer) S&W the other day. Took lots of willpower. Hard to find them. I don't like fully hammerless myself. S&W was brilliant in this design, a counter to the bolt on Colt's hammer guard.
The Taurus is not bad and seems a value. I've only had a couple Charters. Mine were older and seemed a bit tinny. I'm just not warming to the LCR and my beautiful SP101 .357 weighs a ton. Still a quest for the "Perfect Carry Revolver" - (PCR).
