I have used Green Dot for years in .45 ACP and .45 Colt. As far as velocity and accuracy it has always been good.
Shooting it in the USFA .4 Special only confirms that. I shot these targets a few years ago.

I can't do that all the time but I know the gun and load are capable of it.
