Is there anyone loading the 510 GNR Ammunition at this time thanks Tim
I’m not sure. BTW .50 Special would work fine too.

If you could find that. .510 is a bit shorter than the .500 Linebaugh, all three .510-.512” bore cartridges. My .510 prefers .510”-.511” cast bullets. Some of my molds dump them out raw up to .515”. I use a Lyman 450 to run them to .512” then a Lee die to get .510”.
50 Special is .500 diameter. I went that route for the

The 50 Bowen Special. I have a gun of that caliber from Bowen and it shoots .510 bullets. Just a short 510 GNR

little .500 Linebaugh, per se. The .510 GNR is in between, length wise, in that sweet spot.
The Linebaugh has such a huge capacity. Before the advent of Trail Boss or other really bulky BP substitute powders, it was a little tricky to download. Ditto for the .500 Maximum (also .510") and .50 Alaskan (.510"), both just longer versions of the Linebaugh. In all I guess the .50 AK came first, chronologically. A blown out .348 Winchester brass. It will really blow the snow off the roof!
I really enjoy Trail Boss and figure I'll forever have those teeny little gray doughnuts littered around my load bench. FYI, a 'pound' is not really. lol
I do hope somebody will start loading the 510 GNR

It is one of our most popular cartridges. It is my favorite dangerous game cartridge.
