Several years ago. They swage SWC bullets and using antique “half-jacket” cups I can make those bullets! I find inserting a pre-formed cast bullet and swaging it into the cup works best. Cutting lead wire is tricky as you want exactly the same weight, bullet to bullet. I have both .357 and .41.
The dies adjust for length and effectively, bullet weight, over a huge range.
I never confirmed, but I kind of think they were Paco’s tools!
