I get it, right down to the “camming” up and down of the bolt and locking/unlocking the lugs. A Nagant action is not the easiest to cam over in the first place! I’d have picked a Mauser “cock on opening” action myself. But it’s interesting. The old saying “install windshield wipers on a goat’s butt, and make them work”, lol.
