What Barrel do you recommend for ease of reloading, finding components, and usage will be having something fun to shoot and unusual. Not really hunting, if so just smaller game.
I would look at one of the Raptors

Or to make it easier go with one of the Falcons. There are 6 of them to choose from and they are all based on the 30-30 case. Plus I have the dies for all the GNR cartridges including the Raptors and the Falcons.
Get me your address and I will get you one of our 3rd

Or G2. He uses a shorter handier barrel to very notable effect. The .41 has better ballistic coefficient than a .44 mag. For ranges up to about 150 yds. it’s tough. Basically the .44 mag. necked to 410”. He has the .356 GNR (.41 necked to .358”) if you are not after game larger than deer. I own a .401 GNR that shows lots of potential. It’s the .44 mag. necked to 10mm. You can get really addicted.
He also has so much based on the .30-30 basic case. .22 up to .400 cal. My favorite is the .256 Falcon (replicates .257 Roberts performance), 7mm GNR (7x57 performance), and .30 GNR (about like a .300 Savage) that you shoot normal .30-30 to form. I really enjoy those. Good strong rimmed brass for a sturdy platform in the single shot.
Find something that strikes your fancy. Many factory produced TC barrels can manage with a simple rechamber. Some revolver applications too.

For ease of reloading the 41 GNR or 7MM GNR are hard

to beat. If you have access to the 204 brass any of the Raptor series would be a good way to go.

would be to source a used TC barrel and re-chamber. The 6.5 and 7mm TCU were good calibers but short on HP. Reworking one of those to one of Gary's on the .30-30 case would be worth the effort.
Anything in .357 or .35 caliber too. Gary has a .358 on the .30-30 and a .358 on the .405 Win. as well. Lot of fun to play with.
The TC .30-30 was a real disappointment in real performance. As long as you stayed away from a chronograph you thought you were really doing good. The 150 gr. usually was only running about 1800 fps. The .30 GNR round, which is blown out and improved, will do 2400 fps from a handgun length barrel coasting, AND still shoot factory .30-30. Win-win.
