Oh man... you just don't know. I'm trying to get some folks here at the company involved where we can do a sponsorship. I think my wife could actually win. It's a hot debate in any circle circle of discussion, with both men and women. I can almost taste it now. The ladies in TN, at HHC are such good sports, who would critique anyone's effort till after breakfast anyway?! A little sweeter than I like, a little too runny too. But by golly it's chocolate gravy! Special treat.

Can't say I've ever had chocolate gravy but the cook-off

sounds like fun.

It is a fine art, not too sweet, not too runny.

Poured over cat head biscuits and served with some ham or bacon with some scrambled eggs. Good eating. I had quite a few years on me before I realized not everyone had heard of chocolate gravy. It seems Arkansas is the epicenter for the unique delicacy. Put it on your list. Every cook you talk to about it claims there's is best! lol

WB made such a big deal over it, the gal
