I had an appointment with the orthopedic doctor today. After exam and xray they said I did not need to wear the arm sling anymore. The shoulder and clavicle are healing/healed nicely. I cannot use my arms more than what the neurosurgeon has said .. not supposed to move arms above shoulder height .. no lifting, pulling, twisting etc. ... nothing heavier than 5 pounds with the right arm. I have an appointment with the neurosurgeon on the 7th and we will see how the neck and spine are doing.

No matter which office I go to, they want to take my blood. A total of 6 batches of blood taken. I started to ask the lady if they were feeding a vampire, but none of them have a sense of humor, so I thought it best if I kept my big mouth shut.
I wonder if they go to a special school to have that pissy attitude every day, all day long.

I think I know how Jim feels with not being able to scratch your butt with either hand. My main complaint is getting leg cramps in the middle of the night and nothing I can do about it.

It lasts me a couple days, no foot cramps! They sell 1/2 gallons in the pickle section. Tastes nasty, vinegar and salty. But it really works for me. Agonizing cramps every night around 3 a.m.
