Favorite powder for 223?

Do you guys have a preference for 223 powder? I’m loading for 55-77gr bullets, FWIW. Ball or stick powder?
I use Surplus powder W844 but Win748 works good also

Surplus powder W844 looks just like H335.

Stick powder can bridge. I like to lube inside necks

on every 4-5th case. Keeps expander ball from being sticky. That spray dry lube is better and stops the bridging too.

I still use H335. It has worked well for 40+ years for me. I don't see any reason to change.
H335 is a good one
