Note how careful they are to promote it on looks alone, not functional reliability. Probably a legal hat-tip. Those Skinner sights that replace Rossi levergun safeties are good too.
The only firing pin safeties I’ve not found objectionable are the Marlin leverguns and TC late Contender and G2 (hammer). It’s subjective, and just me. I could do without the Marlin one too. I think someone markets a blank off for them as well.
The saddle ring is the best option
