The pendulum has switched, and it was suddenly, it seems. Our extended family is now focused on concerns for the aging. As others pass on we move up in our roles. Now we are the responsible children. Too soon our children will be the same, looking after us!

I made the right decision for my family, continuing to work. I don't mind it, I like it. But we do need to do things while we can!

No apologies that I'm less self focused than family. I'm very blessed.
