An 'old' pistol

Yesterday I was lucky enough to purchase a 1903 Colt .32 ACP pistol. It's in what I would describe as used "mint" condition. The serial number places it as being manufactured in 1903.... The first year of manufacture of the 1903 pistol. I already own a 1903 which is a type 3. This one is about 30 years older but looks so much better.
It's kind of amazing to me that I actually am holding a pistol that was made 15 years before my Dad was born.
The bluing is original and the grips are the original hard rubber.
I'm very happy about this....

Congratulation John!

I had an early Type 1 of 1903 but mine was speckled with the fine blueing flaking, but still anyone could tell it was made in a first rate manner never seen on modern guns. It was a serious little gun with the zippy Euro spec .32ACP, and pointed like a dream, and carried IWB like a dream.
