Wilderness has some great looking watusi!
Any old cow in a pasture is $2500+ on the hoof!

The govt. opened up bringing in old tough Brahmas from Mexico. Trying to help lower beef costs. I can taste the difference. We used to raise them in the 1970’s. Angus is a premium. Watusi sounds good to me. I bet they eat great.

Friend of mine gave me all kinds of game meat-bison, elk, watusi. Watusi was the best followed by elk.
