as it will draw a tropical fetch up and move east and set up flooding from NM into OK, AR, and points east, OK and most of southern plains for sure in a hard draught with baked hard ground which won't absorb. It's gonna be bad for a lot of folk, but NM getting it bad in the south currently, while flood watches up across TX, OK, KS, MO, IA, and then it moves east. Have already seen 8" of water in my yard once this year, and can do without a repeat.
