I really like my antique $15 Bauer holster

It was basically brand new, not moldy or anything. Sourced off EBay. Shipping was 1/2 again selling price. It weighs more than my .357 I’m carrying in it. Sewn in the leather is metal spring steel reinforcement, sturdy nickel plated brass snaps too. If you “could” buy one new today from a maker it would surely be $150. It’s made in (2) pieces where you can snap it off the base easily, goes back on securely. Obviously for detective needs to temporarily put the arm away and re-attach without fussing with the base in the belt line. Any angle adjustments can be managed by tweaking the metal plate. Old school cool!

All above the belt line for CCW. Can’t hardly find that anywhere.

It came tucked like this. I’m trying it out, butt tighter to body, feels right.
