I had an appointment with the Neurologist

The C2 is still healing but is stable. I can take the neck brace off during the day but she wants me to wear it if I go outside or am in a situation where I could fall or get hit and jar things.

I am going to start wear a soft cervical collar and begin rehab on the neck muscles. We are making progress!!
