Both are fine cartridges. Don't underestimate the 250 GNR either. It beats the 255 Banshee and requires no fireforming. Much heavier duty cases too.
I've killed more critters with the 25-20 than can be imagined. The two above cartridges duplicate the ballistics and use the same bullets. You can see the bullet hit thru the scope. Recoil is none existent.
The 307 GNR is probably more versatile. Mines a 12" G2. Easy to form, accurate and bullet section second to none.
