I don't have the article but here is an e-mail he sent me from back in 2001. It was mainly sent to a friend who wasn't getting the velocities listed. Paco gave him the reason and some data. I don't have the stuff to scan it here at home so a picture of the e-mail is the best I can do. Obviously Paco liked the 356 GNR. He and Lee Jurras gave it great reviews. That was good enough for me.

His idea of a max load is when you only have to tap the punch three times to get the case out of the cylinder.

But, first class gun writer who isn't in it for the money.
