Went to SS office and it was worse than getting on an airplane, two armed guards, a metal detector, no belts nothing in pocket blah, blah, blah, more foreigners and odd languages than you can imagine and then you sit in a bull pen and wait. Also have to have your drivers license to get your new SS card, passport does not matter, old SS card does not matter, Democrats at work. Your taxes at work. The SS website says if I am not a US citizen, I can do it online, thank you for the government stupidity.
