Long day......

I am at the UMass medical centers vascular lab. Mom just had a pacemaker installed. I got a call at work from a visiting nurse who checked her out. Her heart rate was down in the 30s and she called in the ambulance. I just spoke with the surgeon. He said they got her in time. Her heart rate went down in the 20s and she was very close to death. The surgery was a success and soon I'll meet her. She'll stay here overnight and come home tomorrow. Needless to say I was praying.
