sizers that 0.010" is about all I want to try and push through to size down. Also you need to lubricate the bullet and consider how much of a lead core it has compared to jacket. These thick jacket bullets might get stuck. A traditional jacketed lead core will work though. (I tried a homogeneous bullet once, broke my press linkage)
I can make .401 from .410" pretty easy, but those are thinner jacket pistol bullets. The Serrias make real pretty 10mm custom bullets, in particular. It would be a good experiment.
