What media do you guys blast with when you vapor hone stainless. Glass, ceramic, or do you use stainless BB?

I have a vapor hone cabinet and was wanting to refinish a couple older stainless guns, but not sure what to shoot them with.

same texture as baby powder. It is something I came up with years ago and they don't have a listed grit size. It is so fine it is almost like a vapor. That is why we call it vapor Honed as we are pretty much hitting the gun with a vapor at 200 lbs per inch. For a customer's gun if it is really rough use the 100 grit. If it just needs cleaning the light rust off, use the next finer grit up from there.
