hunting Saturday evening and this big boar came out right before dark.
I was hunting on a friends 48 acres in Halletsville, Tx about 1.5 hours outside of Houston.Same feeder I shot the big one on last year (on the beach).
I run 2 corn feeders on this property and I had 5 does feeding on one of them when this boar came in and ran the deer off and you can tell when a hog is coming in by the way the deer fly out of there.
I was shooting the 30 GNR with a 150 gr Accubond at 2450 fps, shot was on the shoulder and he dropped exactly like the pic shows.He was a big boar around 250 lbs with decent cutters.
