regular insurance company. Actually, my agent told me about it rather than purchase their product. So far no claim filed(which is good) so I don't have any first hand experience dealing with the underwriter.

It but haven't even renewed my membership that expired last month. Their telemarketing and incessant renewal mailers that come almost weekly have turned me off to the NRA. For the good that they do I hate the pestering I get from them. Requests to not call and to ztop the unnecessary mailers fall on deaf ears.
