That single handgun will encompass a huge variety of ammo. I love the .32-20 loaded hot (and the new .321) but with the .300 GNR able to run it all up, down, sideways, and limited reasonable funds. You have to pick your fun, but I could justify the cost of that extra cylinder for the huge boost in utility.

To re-do, the .321 on the .357 case makes a bunch of sense. Making it is as easy as re-sizing a fired case, the operation you will be doing no matter. It's that easy. The .300 on the .30-30 is really easy too, just the first cut-off form operation is an extra step that's abnormal. Once you do that it's just resizing.

Hard to get it wrong.
