Plate on top that allows several different calibers to be loaded without having to pull the dies and put in the new caliber. I bought three extra plates and have mounted dies in them that are set for my GNR calibers. I keep them in a plastic sack with a desiccant sack in each that I change every six months or whenever the color turns pink. That way, all I have to do is take the current plate off and put on the one I want to reload. I ALWAYS do one round and mike it out to be sure everything is still well within the loading tolerance in my notebook for that caliber. I found this method works well for me, but do not know how it would do for others. I'll bet that there are a lot of shortcuts that the misfits that regularly read this forum use in reloading. I would really like to hear what others are doing to see if I could use their methods as well.
