I know you had some issues importing your first pick hunting handgun. That is an old school Contender, with thumb spur, and looks like a fixed 2x or 3x Burris. I see the Pachmayr Gripper grip and Rynite factory 14" forend around one of Gary's signature tubes. The .45/50 is not an easy round to shoot from that platform, I can attest to that. I also note the mount is also an old school single Dovetail (front) and pinch type windage adjustable rear ring set up. I guess it holds up well enough. You have it mounted right too, turret pushed far forward. I can guess those 350 Hornady's were not just idling along. I'd have to band-aid my middle finger knuckle for sure.
