I would like to thank Gary for all his efforts in arranging our hunt. I would also like to thank all the other hunters as they each made the whole experience even more special. I found Erik and Nick to be fine hunters and great guys to chat with. Doug and Amede made me laugh out loud and Dean should be institutionalized, damn he's funny!I had spoken to Huey on the phone but had never met him, so I found it a particular pleasure to spend time with him and his life long friend and coworker, Daren, who is a fine, fine man. Then there's Alcorn...he actually made me consider homicide at one point, but I was worried about the menu available in a South African prison. Seriously, though he was not feeling well, Alcorn took some beautiful animals under difficult conditions. He is a fine and knowledgeable hunter. Last and certainly not least is my hunting partner, Larry. A person could never find a more pleasant, affable and kind man to spend seven days with while bouncing atop a Land Cruiser. Larry showed himself to be an experienced and skilled hunter and is someone that I will always consider a friend. Thank you again to all that made this trip so spectacular!
