I traded for this piece today. Never had one of my own, borrowed a Model 6 once for a little while. They Boyt wood is nice but about an inch too long for me. I'm supposed to get the original wood but we'll see. Not sure why it was swapped in the first place. It is in .30-06. I'll check the firing pin!
Not sure how long I can keep it but I think it will make a little even after I play with it. Will be great fun to shoot my cast bullet/2400 powder loads.
