The shunned runt. We are having to do a combination of hog tying the mother and training for a bottle. At 4-1/2 lbs it will be tough for her to make it. We are trying.

ever had! Ran loose all over the farm and slept on a blanket on the back porch for years. She would carry a piece of split wood from the wood pile when my brother and I did. A lot of mornings there would be a pile of wood on the porch. My brother and I were so happy! My sister named her Herman after my Great Grandpa!

As children to raise. They all spoke of the hard work but universally had fond memories if the duty. Many had a story like you! Growing up in the country is still available. There would be lots less trouble in the world if church and country living were more mainstream, for sure.

DYNE every day (which you can get at a feed store), just squirt it down his throat or put it in the goats milk. It is a high potency vitamin and will really help. A couple of baby bottles of goats milk (which you can also get at a good feed store) will keep that little guy going.
That's a good idea, some supplements.
