Bad Medicine grip

Gary, I have a blued 44 SBH that I want to send you for the Bad Medicine conversion to 45 LC Because of my arthritic knuckles I think I am going to need more relief behind the trigger than the Gunfighter grip offers. Can I get it with a Magnum grip instead?
