Not sure about using Waterboy for bait. After looking at that picture carefully I think that skinny critter may be Waterboy.

So mangy and malnourished, big feet, can't even see a clear tail. Might the back leg be hiding a tail in this shot? I've seen diseased mangy Raccoons so bad it was hard to tell what they really were. It obviously has little to lose.
