Started with a family member back in 2012 and a late night chat with part of a heart team. Haven't seen it written-up although I'm not saying it hasn't been, just that I'm not aware if it has. In any case, relatively inexpensive & easy to try. Buy & take name brand COQ10 (if you or anyone you know is a Costco member, get the Qunol Mega CoQ10 100 mg softgels, $34.99) along with a good multi-vitamin. No Docs so far have said no but there could be a reason not to so please ask your MD first. And if you are already doing it, it was worth a shot. Yikes, forgot to say that for whatever reason, it has helped a surprising number of people in that six year time period, more than I can count on my hands and toes. God bless & good luck...
