Quiet morning so far...

It's opening day of Connecticut's wild Turkey season and I haits slow going so far. I spotted one lone hen at 640 am and just hearf some coyote yipping.

Not one shot fired so far. It rained last night and its now 49 degrees .

Hopefully Dad's Sweet 16 will sing again.

Not for me. Had a GFI outlet melt down in the kitchen

Met new friends at the fire department, Marco came by, he was on duty. I did figure out witch braker to flip and jank the out let out of the wall before anyone showed up. Have a new hole in the dry wall. Firefighters need to chop up something when they go on a run. Great group of guys. All good now. We went out for coffee

So thankful you guys were not asleep or away from home. The Lord was watching out for ya'll. I figure you of all people would have a good fire alarm plan.
