will help local gun shops. I have found that the ATF is passing information that it is not good practice for FFL dealers to accept individual sale guns via-internet for local transfer. Even with proper photo copy of I.D. (same as walking in off the street and selling to the dealer) They are prompting dealers to request a FFL dealer to FFL dealer transfer for say "Gun Broker" sales. This really pisses me off as I always give my FFL $20 as a tip, since he says he'd do it for me for free. We have a very good relationship and I want to keep it.

Still the LGS gets the guy in there, he may need ammo or accessories after the transfer sale anyway. Everybody does. But I think the Obamma admin is a shadowy remnant in the ATF basically instilling "policy" as effectual "law" in practice. It's costing me $20 a pop when I sell online and a FFL demands I ship "from" my FFL. It's not the law.
