Some of it is somewhat scarce. People have been going thru it all morning. She had a case of 405 brass ordered, 1000 rounds but it was back ordered. Here is the brass she got in. If you need any of this call her at 928-527-4100.

I went there this morning as I wanted some 405. They have taken it off their website. Maybe it is one of those seasonal runs? Hopefully I would hate to see them drop it.

A big batch may last that or even longer. Who makes a .405 gun? We are inclusive in a minority needing that somewhat obscure round. If need be we can get a special batch run, but it would be more pricey. Heck there may be some hoard of it in Australia or someplace we could luck into and by it all.

.218 Bee is another, almost no new guns are being made. you CAN find brass now. A couple years ago the brass was $2 each! It had dried up, then the batches began again.

Shooters needing it. Bothered are the original model 95s Winchester made a run in the early 200s, krieger converted a bunch of Browning 30-40s then Ruger made a few #1s and Winchester made some 1885 highwalls. The brass is used to make several BPCR cartridges plus Reeder’s cartridges. The population is not immense but it is out there

the whole scoop on this. He was out for the day but hopefully he will get back with me fairly soon. I do know that Bertram is tooling up to make it again so that is a small bright spot on the horizon.
