a small package she was shipping out. It was a 4 lb package with a value of $13.50. But she was billed for a 7 lb package, plus all the other charges. The shipping was over $40 for a $13 item.

. . . the stuff ya see with "free shipping" have all that extraneous garbage hidden in the "sell price" and if so, what's the real, actual value of the item???

Residential, Delivery Confirmation, and a surcharge if the address is away from town really run up the price.
