How much to add to the Ultimate 45 package and next one is probably in the realm of being dumb but how resistant to rust is case hardening compared to bluing?

and that is just for the frame or slide. Any chrome moly steel will rust. Color case as well as standard blue steel. Both are about the same as far as rust resistant is concerned.
