What diameters and step sizes are needed to form 310 GNR bra

If I run it through a 375 Win trim die, how far back should I push the shoulder?

I found the a shoulder pushed back about a quarter inch is good with a 358 Win trim die.

Should ?I anneal the brass first?

from 405, go to 375, then to 358 if you have it

from there to 338 if you have it and from there to 308 caliber. The Hornady brass is already annealed. Just lube it good and run the neck down .250. If you are a bit too far, it will fireform out.
