In fact I guess it goes all the way back to my first scary movie that scarred me for life with Bears! He (Clint barely) saved the day.

I later went to AK in my 50's to face my fears but simply got them validated. Such is life. It was really odd to force mself into a thick patch of alders that I really, really, had a bad feeling about. A sense of personal dread. Finally climbing to my 9 ft. tall perch did little to comfort me but at least I had my stand, my Alamo!

I really think I personally need to shoot a Bear.
