Revolver “spitting”

Just got a new Redhawk 8 shot .357. Ive now shot 24 rounds with 3 different brands and bullet styles. It is “spitting” and hitting me in the face and arm. I even have some small burns or cuts on my arm.
I am going to call Ruger tomorrow and send it to them.
I was just wondering what could be causing it. I know timing can cause it but why is it sending fragments backward.
