Doug sold me his Marlin 1894 in 218 Bee. This completes the Holy Trinity of Marlins in 218 Bee, 25-20 and 32-20.
I know these rounds are considered obsolete and useless in the short mag era, but I have always done my own thing.
It's good to be passionate about something!

I have a friend that has killed about 20 turkeys with his 218 Bee 10" contender barrel. When I get caught up I am going to have Gary build me a 14" 218 Marshburn Bee barrel.

In their day, they were cutting edge and put a lot of meat on the table. I like the .32-20, .218 Bee, and .25-20 (in that order), too. They stir my soul.

just haven't come up with the right gun for the package. Just about anything I come up with would be a duplicate of either the Coyote Classic or the Javelina Classic. If I can't come up with something completely different then I need to hold off until I can.
