Too hot to drag a bunch of stuff out...

It does not take much more than a little imagination. We found a little toy guy and tied him to the fence a bit over 50 yds. distant. We have my smooth shooting and late rebuilt FWB 124 in .177 and the New Crosman .22 Nito-piston, both with 4X scopes.

Benjamin is quite the sniper. Figuring the scale that's real life potting as at 500 meters using a 40x scope. We both found the .177 platform easier to hit with but it should be. Only 700 fps and a higher end machine. The .177 is dropping about 6" and the .22 maybe 1-2" trajectory. The hot .22 at 900 fps was not that far behind in accuracy and shooting and could hang in there at a fraction of the cost. Actually the whole Crosman kit cost about what my Canadian sourced parts cost rebuilding the FWB.

The sticks make it more realistic and challenging. I've not messed with them too much. Seems to me resting the front of the stock on the sticks helps leverage and maximum steady. We shot a couple hundred times and had fun. The plastic man is getting pretty ragged.
