ever have one of those days when everything seems to end up

in the crapper? Everywhere I turn it is negative news. I pulled my post about UPS and their extreme high rates and screwy dealings as it was just another negative post.

Sunday evening I did something unusual for me, I watched a 6PM newscast. What a downer. It was so filled with negative crap and outright lies that I was in a foul mood the rest of the night and most of yesterday. Shortly after that and while I was still in a shitty mood I typed up my Gun Notes and sent them to Hobbit. That was before I calmed down a bit which is not a good thing for me to do. If I sounded negative in my new Gun Notes I apologize for that as it wasn't intended to come over that way. The NFL idiots really get to me with their kneeling. Then today this crap with UPS jacking us around just didn't help at all.

Tonight I will go home, sit on the couch in my reloading/trophy room and let a whole batch of Jack Russell puppies chew on me for a while. That usually helps.

Again, sorry for the negativity.

Puppies always works for me

There is a ton of negativity in the world. More so because of social media.

Dr Andrew Weil is this health guru who made some really good points. Stress is the biggest killer in the US. One way to deal with it is to unplug from the news and the like one day a week.

I don't watch the news 3 times a month. I check

Heard this on a morning radio show.
Starbucks planned to close its stores for a half day in order to have a sensitivity training to teach their employees how to treat their customers. This all came about after some black customers were harassed and arrested at one store. Starbucks are being herolded as heroes of the nation.

Chic filet closes down every Sunday in order to allow all of their employees to attend church. A place where one goes to an learns how to act properly and treat people with love and respect. Every Sunday. And yet they are criticized for that!

damn Brant, you're good.

I don't even own a dog so I walk a friends dog and take her treats. Dogs are always glad to see you, there is no back talk, and you don't have to clean up the dog dodo.

Sometimes you just have to vent

Surely no issues with your post here. At least we can lift one another up on this forum when one of us feels overwhelmed.

If Jack Russell's don't work, here is an ancient Bad Day remedy going back to Viking days.[image]

That's SMH, not SMH. Think I'll go Viking.
